 All claims must be submitted to Baddass Fanz only. DO NOT ask your selling dealer for repairs or replacement. DO NOT return your unit to Baddass Fanz without written instructions to do so. Your unsolicited parcel may be returned to you.

Violation of this paragraph may void your rights granted in the guarantee.

NOTE: Baddass Fanz extensions are exactly the same terms andcondttions including the100% unconditional guarantee for all parts, materials, labor, and workmanship.Baddass Fanz warranty covers the exterior finishes for the initial year only.All other terms and condttions remain the same as the free 1 year warranty.

Repairs may be accomplished by replacement, factory repair, or customer repair. The method of correction for any failure is at the sole discretion of Baddass Fanz.

Most repairs can be self administered by the customer using our authorized parts.No more waiting for arepair, and mailing back and forth. Our space-age engineering will allow you to be back on the road in afew days with our customer-friendlyplug and play technology.
